Oishi Ramen

OBJECTIVE
The objective of this project was to create a logo as well as a pesponsive website layout for a restaurant called Oishi Ramen. This means the same layout should work on desktop, tablet and mobile. The website should have colours, pictures and content that makes sense for the restaurant. It should also follow basic UI/UX standards when it comes to things like spacing or colour contrast.

PROCESS
I created the colour palette with accessibility and coziness in mind. The website should be easy to use while also encouraging the user to order something. The final layout has plenty of blank space to make sure all text and images are legible and sticks to columns so everything aligns correctly. When the desktop version of the layout is done, creating the tablet and mobile versions are mostly problem solving and figuring out how you’re going to fit the same amount of content in a much smaller space. This can be solved by doing things like hiding items on carousels or stacking components that are normally side by side.
