Buzz Lightyear Blister Card

OBJECTIVE
For a toy of our choosing, the goal of this project was to create a realistic blister packaging that captures the essence of that specific toy. With my choice being a Buzz Lightyear figurine, that essence was something exciting, bright and moving.

PROCESS
The first step was to photograph our figurine in the pose we want them in for our blister packaging. Using this photo, I was able to build a cartoon version of the character in illustrator, flying across space. I think the illustration has a lot of great movement and colour to it and it did turn out to be great for the packaging as well. After toying around with spacing and fitting all logos and other assets into the final product, I think I achieved my goal.
