Hozier Magazine Spreads

OBJECTIVE
In my first attempt at doing magazine spreads, the most important part was
to build a clean, legible but yet visually catching article about a topic of our
choosing. I chose one of my all time favourite artists, Hozier. The article itself
was AI-generated.

PROCESS
After choosing a colour theme and laying out the main components, I jumped
into photoshop and made sure every image used went well together and added
some visual effects to some of them for a more artistic look. Making the copy
look right and have no widows or orphans was a challenge that took me some
time but at the same time I learned a lot about InDesign in the process. I think
the title spread has an eye-catching look that would surely catch interest. Playing
around with text warp was also at times frustrating but eventually rewarding
